I'm a yoga and movement teacher based in Prestonpans, East Lothian, offering Yoga, Pilates, and Barre classes both in person and online, supporting students across Edinburgh and beyond.
My teaching is authentic, accessible, and affordable, blending yoga asana with modern movement principles to help you build a strong body, a balanced mind, and sustainable wellbeing.
I work with real people at all stages of life - beginners, returning practitioners, and those looking for calm, intelligent movement without pressure or performance.
